Legal
Terms of sale
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on zenvoori.shop. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who we are
zenvoori.shop is operated by CLUES CLOTHING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as ZENVOORI (“we”, “us”). Our company number and registered office are listed on the Legal information page. You can contact us at support@zenvoori.shop or +44 7764 297939.
Who can buy
Our shop is intended for consumers aged 18 or over buying for personal use, with a delivery address in one of the countries listed on our Shipping page.
Products
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its design, fit and, for bags and accessories, its approximate dimensions. Images show each design; colours can vary slightly between screens. Sizes follow our size guide.
How the contract is formed
When you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet an acceptance. The contract between you and us is formed when we send the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is no longer available or because of an error in the price or description, we tell you by email and do not charge you, or we refund you in full if payment has already been taken.
Prices and currencies
- Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). You can choose to view prices and pay in euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP); those prices are converted from USD at current exchange rates and may change as rates move. The price and currency shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
- The delivery fee for your address is added at checkout before you pay.
- For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees may be charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient; they are not included in our prices.
- If we discover a clear pricing error after you order, we will contact you and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection and we do not store full card details. Your card issuer may charge fees for payments in a foreign currency.
Delivery
Delivery areas, fees, dispatch times and estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping page. We will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed unless we agree otherwise with you. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel an order free of charge before dispatch. UK and EU consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and all customers can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. How to cancel or return, who pays return costs and how refunds work are explained on Returns & refunds, which forms part of these terms.
Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights and remedies (in the UK under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in the EU under the laws implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771). Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Promotions and discount codes
From time to time we may run promotions. Each promotion states its dates, eligible products and any minimum spend. Unless stated otherwise: only one discount code can be used per order; codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to past orders; and if you return items bought with a discount, we refund the amount you actually paid. We may withdraw a promotion early only where the law allows and never for orders already placed.
Export and legal restrictions
We only accept orders for delivery to the countries listed on our Shipping page. We do not sell or ship to countries, regions or persons subject to UK sanctions, and we may cancel orders we reasonably believe breach sanctions or export rules. Products are sold for personal use and not for resale.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of anything paid for items not yet delivered.
Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy, please contact us first at support@zenvoori.shop; we reply within two business days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
